You will only receive the digital file in.stl format via mail; we do not ship the engraved item.

SHIPPING & DOWNLOAD

Your files will be available for download once payment is confirmed. Within the downloads section in your account and from the confirmation of purchase sent to your registered email address. You will receive a docx file containing the secure Google Drive download link with the files. 

UNZIPPING YOUR FILES

After downloading, you will normally receive the files in 7z, Rar, or Zip compressed file formats. If you haven’t already, you will need to install 7zip or Winrar to unzip the files. Files Compression allow faster and smoother downloads.
